All orders are processed and ship during business days only. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for an order to ship after processing. Order processing takes 3 days. All goods ship via Canada Post. Track your order here https://www.canadapost.ca
Please note these shipping days are an estimate. MOST orders ship faster than the days above. 

A tracking number is emailed to your email on file once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your email is correct. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours before tracking info becomes visible online after receiving your tracking information. Shipping info may not be available on the weekends!

International orders can take up to 8-14 business days to receive.
We are not responsible for customs fees and other charges associated with international orders once items have been shipped. This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Royal Raine and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Royal Raine, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).

Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days or order processing days.
CANADIAN ORDERS

  • Priority: Next day 
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days 
  • Free shipping: $75 CAD and up
  • Winnipeg: LOCAL DELIVERY $5 OR PICK UP FOR FREE

US ORDERS

  • 5-8 BUSINESS DAYS
  • FREE SHIPPING: $200 CAD and up

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • 8-14 BUSINESS DAYS

If an order is returned to us from the postal service, we will have to charge a $10 re-shipping fee to re-ship the order. If you decide you would like to cancel the order, $10 will be deducted from the original price for shipping.

*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If an delivery attempt is made and you are not available, please report to your local Canada Post or USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, UNCLAIMED, INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to) OR STOLEN PACKAGES! Please keep this in mind when ordering.
