Returns/Sezzle/ Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Royal Raine! The following is our return and exchange policy.

DUE TO COVID-19, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.


Returning
 Returns are eligible for a refund only by mail and must meet the following criteria in order to be considered:

  • Royal Raine does not offer refunds. EXCHANGE ONLY. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.
  • If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email info@royalraine.ca within 6hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
  • Items are unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.
  • The return must be processed within 14 days of the original order date.
  • Items must be accompanied by a paper copy of the original invoice. This paper copy serves as your receipt.
  • A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Royal Raine. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
  • Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded  upon receipt.
  • Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
  • Items purchased under a Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion are not eligible for exchange OR refund.
  • All "Final Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged. - All gift cards, cosmetics, jewelry, intimates (underwear and bras) and swimwear is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged
