DUE TO COVID-19, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Returning Returns are eligible for a refund only by mail and must meet the following criteria in order to be considered:

Royal Raine does not offer refunds. EXCHANGE ONLY. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.

If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email info@royalraine.ca within 6hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item. Items are unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.

The return must be processed within 14 days of the original order date. Items must be accompanied by a paper copy of the original invoice. This paper copy serves as your receipt.

A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Royal Raine.

Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.

Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.

Items purchased under a Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion are not eligible for exchange OR refund. All "Final Sale" items cannot be returned or exchanged. - All gift cards, cosmetics, jewelry, intimates (underwear and bras) and swimwear is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged

All orders are processed and ship during business days only. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for an order to ship after processing. Order processing takes 3 days. All goods ship via Canada Post. Track your order here

A tracking number is emailed to your email on file once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your email is correct. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours before tracking info becomes visible online after receiving your tracking information. Shipping info may not be available on the weekends!

nternational orders can take up to 8-14 business days to receive. We are not responsible for customs fees and other charges associated with international orders once items have been shipped.

This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Royal Raine and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.

If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Royal Raine, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).

5-8 BUSINESS DAYS FREE SHIPPING: $200 CAD and up INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

8-14 BUSINESS DAYS If an order is returned to us from the postal service, we will have to charge a $10 re-shipping fee to re-ship the order. If you decide you would like to cancel the order, $10 will be deducted from the original price for shipping.

*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If an delivery attempt is made and you are not available, please report to your local Canada Post or USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.
